with the product when received by the customer both have agreed at
the beginning of the transaction to attempt to resolve any problems
amicably. If a mutually satisfactory arrangement cannot be reached
both the merchant and the consumer have the option of requesting assistance
from trained professionals who will help mediate a solution.
