We regret to advise that E-C-Q.com is not accepting customer deposits at this time. There are reasons for this decision and we hope to resume full operations some time in the near future.

The E-C-Q concept is to build a world market place allowing people and business from any area of the world to present their products or services to potential customers in any area of the world. With E-C-Q customers are able to purchase with confidence taking advantage of an intermediary payment processor (E-C-Q) thus allowing them to keep their personal and financial information confidential. E-C-Q also provides support services that protect the interests of the customer when dealing with merchants that may not be readily accessable to the consumer.

Besides the customer E-C-Q also helps businesses bring attention to their goods and or services and allows them to demonstrate their reliability and belief in what they will deliver.

Unfortunately due to reactions to disasterous incidents early in this century the suspicions and risk management of Govenment agencies has made it precarious for a small company to continue this service without a major investment into customer account and financial source verification. Some of this is understandable. Some of it is not.

Until E-C-Q is able to build its own resources we will focus on advetising and promoting merchant services and products.
